How long does a Growth Partnership run?
12 months. Establishing organic growth as a real channel for the company is ambitious work that compounds over time — 12 months is the floor where the strategy can actually prove itself. We acknowledge it's a meaningful commitment financially, which is why every contract includes a 6-month opt-out clause. So far no client has used it.
Can I do a Growth Partnership shorter than 6 months?
No — we don't run Growth Partnerships shorter than 6 months. If you want a shorter engagement, start with a Project (a focused, fixed-scope piece of work) and we can discuss moving into a real Growth Partnership based on the results we deliver together.
What are the payment terms?
Growth Partnerships: monthly invoicing in advance. Projects: typically 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
How quickly can we kick off a Growth Partnership?
The day after the contract is signed. We immediately start onboarding — interviews with internal subject-matter experts (Head of Sales, Head of Product, Head of Customer Success / Support), product demos, and compiling knowledge about your target group, products, and services. Within 1–2 weeks we're on eye-level with your market. The operational kickoff happens around 2 weeks after signing — by then we've already prepared the first version of the organic growth roadmap, hypotheses, the experiments we propose to run, and an initial view of the first 3 months. Unlike legacy agencies whose kickoff is essentially a 'get to know each other' meeting, we arrive prepped to ship.
How quickly can we kick off a Project?
Projects typically begin within 2 weeks of contract signing.
What is NOT included?
Paid media management is out of scope. Website development is handled case-by-case — we collaborate closely with your internal dev team, recommend trusted external developers we've worked with, or, for small extensions (e.g. implementing a tool or conversion asset we've built), cover it ourselves. Customer tech stacks can be complex and we'd rather not mess them up.
Are third-party tools and licenses included?
Yes. We provide all the tooling needed to run the partnership — including our internal stack — and set everything up at no extra cost.

We work with companies that have ambitious growth goals — across B2B SaaS, Health, Finance, ClimateTech, and other research-intensive markets. The common pattern: high-stakes or high-price purchases, sensitive industries, and products that require evidence and trust before a buyer commits. We're typically not the right fit for D2C e-commerce or companies with very low ACVs.
